Community Collaboratives

While all levels of government have a role in addressing healthcare issues, THI believes that solutions for the future of healthcare must be developed from the “bottom up,” community by community. THI encourages the development of stakeholder groups to take leadership in their community to pursue a community-health collaborative process. The Institute’s Community Collaborative Program focuses on working with groups to build capacity and better serve the health needs of the community. THI provides technical assistance, training and coaching for emerging and established community collaborative efforts. Our team of professionals includes:
  • Policy Specialists
  • Policy Analysts
  • Finance Professional
  • Health Care Administrators
  • Curriculum Designers
  • Marketing Specialists
